As we look ahead, the Maiden Foundation will introduce a couple of new, bold, innovative initiatives designed to uplift communities and transform lives: RedBird Tomorrow and Elevate 2030. In partnership with Shops at RedBird, we will launch a concentrated plan and strategic investment in the Red Bird neighborhood of Dallas, anchored in purpose, rooted in partnership, and built for lasting impact.
Building on the impact of Elevate Male Leadership Academy and Inspired Conference, we plan to deepen our work with young men with Elevate 2030. Our call to action is to empower, equip, and elevate over 2,030 young men, partnering with two leading universities to shape the next generation of leaders for our city and beyond by the year 2030.
